Jersey Mike's Subs

Was so excited to learn Jersey Mike's had GF bread. My husband went into order tonight. There was a lot of confusion. They were mixing up the GF bread with the order before him. He finally got them to straighten it out. Then he clarified THREE times that the order was the Super Sub. He even said, "The sandwich with pork." They confirmed. Came home. The sandwich is clearly roast beef (we don't eat beef) and turkey. We call to confirm, again, that it is GF bread. They cannot locate our order. The person on the phone is kind, tells us that the front of the house staff have been a mess all day. Unfortunately, he can't find our order. We tell him the exact time and price - for this sandwich and one veggie sandwich and tip $27.82. Still can't find. He calls the manager. They won't do anything f

This is my spot and I eat here at least 5 to 6 times a month. The Jersey Mike's here is special and they reason why is the people. They do their job well. Always busy and always consistently really nice to deal with. Well done Redmond Jersey Mike's. The business owner behind the curtain should be very proud.

Marc was a patient and kind man! My order of the Italian, brownies, Pepsi, and chips were all made by him! He cut the meat which was very fresh. The lettuce, tomatoes, special seasonings, etc. was all very fresh just like his attitude! I was not having a great day, week, or month, but Marc really cheered me up. Thank you! Sometimes a good word is just what people need the most. I truly thank you for uplifting my day through a kind word and good food!

Chipotle cheese steak didn't taste like chipotle at all, and even the jalapenos in the sub were tasteless, I don't know they achieve that. The sub had no taste other than the cheese sauce.

Good, casual dining experience. The decor is nicer than most sandwich chains, customer service was okay. I wasn’t impressed with my chicken parm sandwich (#18) The marinara sauce made the bread soggy so I ended up just picking the chicken out and eating it by itself.
