Jersey Mike's Subs

I placed an online order for 3 giant sandwiches and they completely missed the mark. Two of the sandwiches were missing the bacon that comes with the #9 and other requested customizations. The most disappointing part was the bread which was so hard and stale, it flaked off when you took a bite. I don't know if it's just this location, but this is the second time in a row I've been disappointed with them. The sandwiches are too expensive to be served on stale bread.

I would just like to take a moment to thank Chris for his patience, understanding, and professionalism when receiving my particular order requests each time I visit. When I come to this location, I know fully well that my order, as specific as it can be, will be fulfilled to perfection. Everytime I visit this location, Chris ensures my order is perfect to the letter, with absolutely confidence. I receive no greater solace knowing that the staff at this rockville pike location can provide me my request without fault and to the letter. I will continue to come to this specific location in Rockville.

Jersey Mike’s always delivers! The food is fresh, the ingredients taste high-quality, and the staff is consistently friendly and fast. My sub was made exactly how I wanted it, and you can’t beat how good it tastes “Mike’s Way.” The store was clean, service was quick, and everything felt well-run. Easily one of the best sandwich spots around. Highly recommend!

Great subs. The veggie is generous with cheese and this time the slicer wiped down the machine before cutting my cheese and the sub maker changed his gloves, both without me asking. I thanked them both. FYI, you can ask for those touches but not having to made me feel respected in a place that mostly sells meat. Five stars earned. Don't sleep on the whole wheat sub roll here, it's delicious.

Located in a busy shopping center this place was almost at full capacity. Lines moved quickly and the club supreme was delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive
