Jersey Mike's Subs

The location is hard to find if you aren’t familiar with the location. There’s no signage other than a pop up tent that has jersey mikes on it. You can easily miss the turn for the parking lot if you aren’t paying close attention after the roundabout. The food was okay. Pretty over priced for a cheesesteak sandwich. You get plenty of food for the cost but for this being my first Jersey Mike’s experience, I was hoping for better. Maybe some fresh cut fries would be a nice add on rather than chips. The service was great. I was quickly instructed where to go and when I asked questions I was helped with a smile and not made to feel stupid. I’d come back and try something else, especially with the good service. Just be prepared to spend a bit.

We eat at the Rolla Jersey Mikes quite often and really enjoy their sandwiches. Last night, 11/03/25 at around 5:30 pm, I walked into the store and was immediately hit in the face with loud music that was laced with vulgar language. The music continued the for the 15 minutes I was in the store. I’m not a prude but don’t enjoy listening to that in a store. Definitely not kid friendly. Sandwiches were delicious as always!

Absolutely garbage service. Im a regular at Jersey Mikes across the country for years. Ive been a rewards member for probably 15 years. The Jersey Mikes in Rolla, Missouri is trash. Ive had to walk out of the restaurant numerous times for a multitude of different reasons. Main one being out of bread. Other being closing down too early before closing time. Good thing Jimmy John's is right across the road.

My husband and I love this place. Sad that the grill was not working but got a cold sub instead. The guys behind the counter are great. I joked about not getting bacon. But the subs we got were delicious!!

Did a pickup well in advance and they weren't busy at all. Food didnt have the extra bacon i paid for nor was there the correct chips or even drink. Insane how they couldnt get very simple things right. Forgot to add but the food wasnt even worth it. Chicken was extremely dry and the chipotle mayo was really light. That and thete philly steak taste horrid and the only thing that taste right on it is the white cheddar
