Customer Reviews
Good sandwiches when they're made correct. 2nd time order being wrong. This time, ordered a mini and a regular and got 2 minis. Wasting my money & Whats the point of putting the seal stickers if I need to break them to check if you made the order right in the first place. I also paid extra avocado on the bigger sandwich. Just another thing I'm not getting my money's worth of along with the condements missing from my order the day before. The time stamp for my order 10:39 a.m. on 2/15/2026
Ordered 4 catering boxes for a hoa meeting at the city hall down the street, but none of the sandwiches were marked. Since everyone has different preferences, I got a few different choices to hopefully let everyone have something they prefer/ can have (veggie, turkey, ham, rost beef, club). The stickers provided on the sandwiches have 2 different choices, it was NOT marked, so 50/50 chance to get what you want. After dropping almost $400 I would hope that each sandwich would be marked, so people in your neighborhood know what they are getting or possibly trying for the 1st time. I still love your sandwiches, just do better with the catering please.
A Brief History of Jersey Mike’s Jersey Mike’s was started in 1956 as Mike’s Subs. They first opened in New Jersey in the town of Point Pleasant. In 1956 there were not many franchise businesses around. Mike’s was unique because they focused on a new product -the submarine (sub) sandwich – instead of the burgers, chicken, fries, or pizza. In 1971, Mike’s subs came up for sale and was purchased by a 17-year-old that had been working in the sub shop since he was 14 years. old. He was not old enough to slice the meat, but he was the proud owner of Mike’s Subs. Shortly after purchasing the shop, he opened two more locations and they had customers lined up outside their doors. They were all patiently waiting to order the delicious sub sandwiches. In 1987 Mike’s Subs became Jersey Mike’s, payi
Get the giant sandwich you wont go hungry. Reduce wrapping and paper consumption. They need to take bills larger then $20.
Bad customer service. Low meat amount. I attempted twice and had the same experience.
