This store is so unprofessional!!! I called because they messed up my order. I wanted a refund. Apparently no one knows how to do refunds in the store. I was left on hold for 30+ minutes! No one came back to the phone. I hang up and call back now no one answers. By this time now the location is closed. I have never been treated so poorly and I frequently visit this location. I want my refund and I will never come back to this location again!!!
Was greated as we came in and was given helpful recommendations about the food and what the sandwich were made of
Very clean store. Excellent staff and friendly people working behind counter. Best jersey mikes I have been to in a very long time.
When it comes to customer service major shoutout to Carson! He was super patient & attentive. He made me & my boyfriend feel so welcomed, if i could give 10 stars I would give it to Carson! Thank you so much for you hospitality I will be returning!!
Regular #9 with extra meat on Rosemary Parmesan bread and some other modifications. Look at that cross section. Delicious!
