Jersey Mike's Subs

First off anything that comes from Jersey is brilliant. The staff is rad at this joint The dude from Ann Arbor Michigan that looks like Jeff Spicoli is a good dude. Every time I have been there the whole staff has been pleasant.

First time at this location and Will and Isabella are crushing it with excellent service. Watching Will make perfect subs, track multiple in-store orders, cook food, and deliver phone customer service on a group order all at the same time, seamlessly and with the brightest smile, was awe-inspiring! Looking forward to returning.

Gonna echo what other reviews have also said. I have been going to this location for years, so much so that I was on a first name basis with the old owners. Unfortunately, this location (+ Scott’s Valley & Pacific Grove) was bought out by new franchisees and ever since then the quality, service, and atmosphere have gone down astronomically. The lettuce is oftentimes brown, dry, and wilted. The tomatoes are literally falling apart, to the point where employees have to sift through what looks like a several days old bin right as you stand there. The hot sub bread is the bread they didn’t use the day before, hard as a rock. The avocado is brown. All the while, they have continued to raise prices. If you want a sub or hoagie, whatever you may call it, I think this is the best place in town. Perfectly toasted and very warm, with lots of meat and cheese for sure. Subway subs don't even come close to this level of quality. Gotta try it at least once.

We wanted take out and were asked if we wanted drinks and of course we wanted some; however, we can't drive without lids on our drinks. So they didn't tell us before paying for our drinks. I pointed it out when I saw the no lids sign that is a nonsensical city ordinance. Anyways, girl working there didn't even say sorry.
