Jersey Mike's Subs

There was a female presenting staff person that was working as a cashier at the Shoreline location by Costco. She could have been a supervisor and handed me a coupon after I checked out while I added an extra side of bacon to my sub. The service was excellent and the slicing of the meats and cheeses psychologically a visually made a huge difference. I like having my sub Mike’s way and I wrote a glowing review on Yelp for another location. Really great service by this staff person and the staff making my sub. I observed it can be high stress and pumping out subs by taking the extra time makes all the difference. It’s not rushed, it’s done right, and I love how each sub is not sloppy presenting. Great job.

Unbelievable customer service the two employees that were working,were very well mannered and took care of all the asks that went into making my sandwich 🥪 well done 11/19/25 at 8:50pm,no gripes just good customer service 👏.

Probably the worst jersey mikes location in Seattle for customer service and every time I come in it’s the same employee who is constantly consistent in messing up peoples orders by going out of order or asking 3 times what someone wants on their sandwich. This time she literally took lettuce and tomato off of a meat sandwich and put it on a vegetarian sandwich and when the person who ordered a vegetarian brought it up to her she one never acknowledged what she did 2 never offered to remake it and just said I’ll bring your concerns to corporate.

This specific jersey mikes has the nicest employees every time I visit. Honestly, 10/10. Sandwich is good, employees are kind, store is clean. What else could we want?!

EDIT: I went back on 1/21/26 and was taken well care of. Thank you to the team and management for all getting on the same page and being so accommodating. Jersey mikes rocks! . . . . . . . I went into tonight 1/13/26 to buy a couple loaves of bread so we could make some meatball subs at home. This would be my 3rd time this month doing so but the people working this shift behind the counter said they couldn’t or didn’t know how to. Frustrating because I waited in the line for the bread they didn’t end up selling to me. I wouldn’t have to buy just the bread for a meatball sub at home if they just went back to having it on their menu like they use to. I guess I’ll just be going to jimmy John’s instead where they always sell their loaves of bread no problem. I love Jersey Mike’s more but oh we
