Jersey Mike’s Subs

Jersey Mike's is by far my favorite chain sandwich shop. I've tried most of the menu and my go to is usually the Club Supreme. Their cheese steak and chicken subs are fire. The bread is perfectly done, not chewy or hard to bite through. I've only had the wheat, so not sure about the white bread. This location is no different than many others I've been to, but I will say they are the nicest and most personal.

This is the old lady that came in Friday, 11/14 to purchase two jars of your wonderful hot pepper relish. I and my family love that, we enjoy your subs but love that we can enjoy your hot pepper relish at home on so many things. (Especially eggs) The kindness and generosity the acting manager showed me was so very generous and kind. Thank you again. Love your subs and every time we come into this store it’s always good food and fun. There are six adults in this family and we are all thumbs up for this store. So post shopping some food was in order. A sub sounded great and Jerseyike's did not disappoint. All the extra,s Mike way, just lovley for sure. Great food, service too. The dinning room was clean and ready for seating. A good time was had by all.

Not first time but multiple times is why I'm leaving a review. I ordered to pick up online and it said it would be ready at 1224. I arrived at 1230 and not done (2 sandwiches). 1236 they realize they lost my order and are making it now. So they said.....I continued to watch a long line to the door order and get their food and leave twice. I still waited. I finally received my 2 sandwiches at 1243. So ridiculous. If you are in a hurry I suggest you just wait in the long line. From the time of ordering my 2 sandwiches to getting them in hand took 34 minutes. Wow. Not good

One of the blander Italian subs I have ever had. If you can't make a solid Italian Sub, especially when trying to identify with the East Coast, you better wow me. This does not. Cheese steaks are fairly solid but again, not East Coast solid. Service is wildly inconsistent, and I don't think I have ever seen the same people behind the counter more than once. Feels like a lot of bad training and employee turnover. Have had a few mistakes on orders too. Sometimes the place gets a little untidy, and I can understand this happening when you are busy, but I have come in a few times when it was dead and the place was kinda gross. So many better sandwich options close by.
