A sandwich is a sandwich is a sandwich but definitely not good there. What's the big rave about. Subway dues it better and doesn't ignore their customers. When you go to order you have to wait while they fill online orders or whatever they are doing. The place is packed not necessarily because the sandwiches are great it is because they ignore you waiting there to order. I had to ask at least 3-4 times can I make my order❓ When I started to walk out then they called me back to take my order. The sandwiches are nothing to rave about. A veggie sandwich had one piece of pepper and some lettuces or whatever . Never again. Subway is 💯 times better. They are also rude ignoring the customers coming in waiting on line. They pretend they can't hear you asking them if you can place your order. Bye,

My family and I have been loyal customers of Jersey Mike’s for over six years. Our parents and extended family have always enjoyed and supported this location. Unfortunately, due to recent and repeated experiences, we have decided that we will no longer be visiting this store. During multiple visits, my family and I have witnessed the store manager, he's tall Spanish guy looks Mexican I think, he consistently speaks to employees in a rude, aggressive, and disrespectful manner. The way he addresses staff appears verbally harsh and demeaning. It is visibly clear that his behavior causes distress, frustration, and discomfort among the employees. We have observed him raising his voice and treating staff in a way that we believe is inappropriate for someone in a leadership position. We strongly

I drive an extra distance to patronize the Jersey Mike's location in the Shop Rite shopping center in Spotswood, NJ. It's the best Jersey Mike's location in New Jersey because of one thing; The best people to ever serve up a delicious meal. A special shout out to Sebastian for always going above and beyond the call of duty to treat me like a cherished customer. I'm grateful to him and the entire staff!

At the Jersey Mike's in Spotswood NJ, Sunday morning the store is supposed to open at 10am, 10:20am and 2 guys in store haven't unlocked the door yet. I had to bang on the door and finally they opened for me. No greeting or hello or good morning. After a few minutes one of fhe guys tells me there is no tuna so another 15 minutes to make it. I ordered online thru doordash so I had no choice as Doordash has no ez refund or cancelation. Can't count on places opening on time and service anywhere these days, including Jersey Mike's, highly disappointing and won't be ordering from them again any time soon, oh yeah guy gave me a free soda cup for my trouble and when i went to fill it, the machine wasnt turned on so the kid told me how to turn it on and i had to do it myself, amazing!! I am a regular here but I now have accepted I need to stop visiting this Jersey Mike’s in Spotswood NJ. I initially planned to stop going because of one specific employee—an older man who has POOR customer service and messes up orders constantly. He once said the bread was too hot to properly cut and thought I should take a sandwich with HOLES in the bread because he could not properly cit the bread. He tried twice and said “it is what is is”—I walked out. Today a young male wiyn somewhat curly black hair made my sandwiches. He was very light handed and put VERY little toppings. I had to ask for more and he had an attitude!! We didn't eat the sandwiches until tonight (went at 10:30 a.m.). ALL of them were mis-labeled!! Onions and peppers were on one, BUT it was wrong!
