Jersey Mike's Subs

I went Jersey Mikes on 1/3 in the evening , the gentleman at the slicer with the tattoos and glasses was very efficient when I told him I had a gluten allergy. He quickly cleaned the slicer throughly after he made the other sandwiches, changed his gloves, washed his hands and put new gloves on. He grabbed a sheet of paper and proceed with cutting my glutten free bread with a different color knife and made my turkey sandwich, then placed it on the back counter with the same knife and topped my sandwich with just lettuce, cut it then wrapped it. He was very cautious throughout. This is why I love Jersey Mike’s they are very well trained in allergies. This location had issues in the beginning with visible cleanliness. Then it seemed about 6-8 months ago they brought in a new manager. Things were spotless, fast and enjoyable. As of lately, this location has gotten filthy again. Preparation over tons of previous crumbs and pieces of other sandwiches is just downright gross. Fix this location. I never have this issue with NJ locations. I will not return after waiting 40minutes for two sandwiches at 6pm on a Tuesday.

I am absolutely disgusted with this Jersey Mike’s location. I come in often with my grandkids, and every single time recently it has gotten worse. The staff members are clearly under the influence of marijuana while on the job and completely unfocused. Instead of actually working, they stand around talking the entire time, and the conversations they choose to have are not anything I want my grandson or granddaughter hearing. Completely inappropriate topics, zero professionalism, and absolutely no awareness of customers around them. I have tried to give this place multiple chances, but I’m done. I will never be stepping foot in this location again, and I won’t be recommending it to anyone. Total disappointment.

These employees don’t change gloves. Basic hygiene after touching registers, money, cards, phones- is not happening. Change your good damn gloves and be sanitary.

First time I went here I was unfamiliar of the place. The inside looked pretty clean and the atmosphere felt welcoming. I've heard about Jersey Mike's on TV but I never been inside the place. Somebody recommended it to me, so I decided to try it out. Their prices were little steep for sandwiches 🥪. So I decided to choose regular size. Some chips, a drink and a cookie. Also a tip. The whole thing cost like $19. I went to a park to sit down and try it out and the sandwich was a little soggy and fallen apart.😔 I didn't like it at first because the sandwich size was like half a sub. There was only one woman who is making the sandwich for me when I ordered. It's not her fault but she was doing her job.
