I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE their turkey burger!!! Fresh and cooked perfectly 👌 Been several times and keep coming back. The fries are a good shareable size. Hubs loves his burger with goat cheese. Will always return when in the area. Floors could use a scrub...just the old sailor in me???

Jersey Mike's is awesome! We've been coming here since it opened. The employees are genuinely kind and helpful, and several of them know our usual orders! It's wonderful to watch the meat and cheese sliced to order. The sandwiches are consistent from visit to visit, and the quality of ingredients is excellent.

Service leaves lots to be desired. Took longer than needed to make my sandwich. They finished it and then had it laying there while serving other customers that ordered behind me. Not that mad but like it’s not that hard to wrap it and hand it to me. Takes max 20 seconds. Edit: Went here again recently and I wasn’t asked if I wanted it Mike’s Way, they just made it like that without asking, not okay. I didn’t ask them to remake the sandwhich because I’m not a total douche but like it takes 5 seconds to ask. This location is really slacking.

It was me and my mom’s first time at Jersey Mike’s, and we were super excited to try it. We ordered both a cold sandwich and a hot sandwich. My mom clearly mentioned multiple times that she wanted mayo, lettuce, and peppers on her hot sandwich, and each time the employees responded with “okay” and showed no issue. However, when the hot sandwich was finished, I politely asked the employee with purple hair, who was handing me the sandwich, if I could add a few more toppings my mom wanted. Instead of simply clarifying the process, she snapped at me in a rude, loud tone, saying “ Mm okay, well our hot sandwiches don’t come up here but alright.” Her tone was condescending, and hostile. From that moment on, her behavior only escalated. She was blatantly disrespectful toward both me and my mom,

Came in around 8pm the manager was very helpful: she answered many questions we had. My son and I first time visit was very pleasant because of her disposition. Thank you Jersey Mikes.
