Jersey Mike's Subs

Service very slow. It appears like 2 of the 3 working were new. I asked if i could get some fresh Lettuce for my sandwich. ( the lettuce was very brown.) It should have been pulled from the line. I was told that they were not allowed to put out fresh lettuce until the stuff on the line was used up. Wow so much for Jersey Mikes always fresh! So I asked to have my sandwich without lettuce.

So been to this Jersey Mikes before and always left happy. Even gave them a five star rating. Was there yesterday and shocked / disappointed with service and sub. Ten people in line and staff is working on mobile orders letting us stand there. After placing my order my sub was thrown together and lady putting toppings on sub was a joke. Worst sub I ever had at any Jersey Mike’s and been to many as I travel for work weekly. I will not go back !!! Not worth the money at all …. Find somewhere else to go…

Jersey Mike’s has good sandwiches and nice gluten free (“gf”) subway rolls. The Italian sandwich is nice. It’s a deli. Nothing fancy, very reliable. Good for take out.

Staff was friendly, helpful and quickly made my sub order. The Italian was very good, especially the meats used! Over $17 for a large sub seems high and the restaurants atmosphere was nothing special. we would eat there again.

I think they call this bait and switch. Received an email for a coupon for buy one get one so we went there. My wife and I specifically for that reason and we're told they don't honor the coupon even though they emailed me from the tilton store with the coupon bad business
