This was my first visit to the University location in Tuscaloosa. The vibe was everything- music was playing at a reasonable volume. My sandwich was fantastic! And the service was great! Kanil was so friendly and accurate with my order! I hope this location trains more employees like him!
The manager was extremely rude and very hostile. She completely ignored us and treated us as if we was trying to get something for free. She was upset when we offered a promo code. Eventually, another came and completed our order with kindness
Immediately greeted upon walking in! Order was perfect and ready within minutes! Will make this my go-to location moving forward!
Today was their grand opening (May 26th). I just moved here from out of state & we had one there that me and my kids would attend once a week atleast. So I'm pretty excited. Today was pretty busy but they moved fast and made orders correctly. They even informed me that I got a free sub today due to how many points I have accumulated. Customer service was great! Go check them out!
This was my second time going to Jersey Mike's. I've only been there one other time and the sandwich was so delicious i had to return. This time I got the #8 and they recognized me I was so shocked. Very friendly and welcoming faces. Will definitely be a frequent customer.
