Jersey Mike's Subs

Almost feel bad leaving this review because they all seem like very nice and hardworking kids but no guidance. Very slow service and it was icky to see our sandwiches prepared on the counter top where they keep their pens and papers instead of on the wrap. Ps. We did not order online. We ordered and had to sit down for more than 30 minutes to get our food. Either way, this place is not for us. Too many things that I didn’t bother mentioning went wrong, including hygiene.

On 12/28, I Placed an online order 15-20 minutes before going in. When i got there i was told they were “working on my order”. About 10-15 minutes after standing there, i ask where’s my order? There’s 6 employees there and no one is working!! They tell me they’re starting on it right now, and 2 minutes later everyone is STILL standing there not doing anything!!! I then ask for a refund and leave! In the photo you see 1 employee issuing me a refund, one checking all orders piled up, and 4 employees in the back goofing off, on their phone. Save yourself the time, and go somewhere else. Will be contacting corporate.

Walked in unfortunately right after some chicks boyfriend (or as she called him- someone she’s just ‘playing around with’ yes I heard her say this) took 10 mins for the staff to stop giggling. There’s about 6 folks working and none acknowledged me. Finally my order was taken. Young man was too busy flirting with another staff member to remember I said LIGHT LETTUCE twice. Then had to tell him to add the tomatoes and he laughed. The girl next to him heard me and didn’t correct him when she saw me say it again. Went to cash out, young man gave me too much money, acted very confused when I told him. I handed him the money back and he seemed frustrated. You’re welcome I didn’t short your drawer. Mistakes happen but come on!!

Not sure about the bad reviews, but my evening order experience has been top-notch. The young lady at the 5PM shift has been friendly and attentive. Nothing to complaint, except the regular subs are a bit pricey. Maybe rent here is high or U City taxes are high, but $9 for a regular sub would be nice.

Got a Regular Turkey on white Mikes way no tomatoes and add mayo with salt & Vinegar chips and a Stary drink. Sandwich was awesome as usual. They were pretty busy when I walked in and I was like 6th in line. They moved it along fast. I love me some Jersey Mikes.
