Jersey Mike's Subs

The subs here are top tier! The service…..needs a TON of work. I’ve been coming for here years and it has drastically gone downhill. The To-Go orders always seem to be the priority over in person customers which is frustrating. No one wants to wait 30+ min for a sandwich when you’re one of three people in line. Their work flow seems odd. There’s usually three guys there; One taking orders and slicing meat/cheese, one making each sub & ringing you up, and another one in the back that usually has to be called on for the hot subs. There is zero sense of urgency for the guy making your sandwich and getting customers out of the door, so you’re always stuck there longer than you’d expect. They really don’t seem to care that they take forever and you always end up repeating your sub order/topping

The food is great. I like jersey mikes hot and cold subs. The bread is never hard, meat and veggies are always fresh. The issue is the service. They have the slowest workers there. 1 person takes orders and slices meat/cheese, 1 person adds toppings to subs then checks you out at the register, and finally it seems like they have 1 person dedicated to the grill for hot subs, which are rarely ordered. They once had to go find the guy when I got a hot sub. The person adding toppings takes forever, even when there’s a huge line. I’ve routinely waited 30 minutes standing in line for food in the past. There is no sense of urgency for the people working there. But if you decide to wait, the food is good

Typical SubShop atmosphere, but very clean, nice place. The two gentlemen working when I was there were super-helpful, friendly, efficient. Businessmen of tomorrow. Always great food. Worth paying a little extra.

Always have great service at Jersey Mike's. Dante made sure we were very satisfied with our experience. 10/10 will come back again! Had our order out in a very timely manner!

Regional manager needs to review the customer service meticulously. Customers in the store are the priority and not the 4 Togo orders. Only one person was the bottleneck and no one helped out.
