Jersey Mike's Subs

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this location. After purchasing my food, I asked if I could leave my cup on the counter while I used the restroom, and the staff agreed. When I returned, I filled the cup with soda. After taking a few sips, I opened the lid to get some ice and discovered dirt and debris inside the cup. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety standards. As a paying customer — who even left a $2 tip — I did not expect such a lack of basic hygiene. This experience was unacceptable and deeply concerning.

Everything was done exactly right—they followed the order to a T! The subs were absolutely delicious and thoughtfully labeled, making it easy for everyone to find exactly what they wanted. Delivery was right on time, and the complimentary olive oil and vinegar bottles were a great touch—neatly packaged and much appreciated. Everyone loved not only the incredible taste but also how nicely everything was presented. A fantastic experience all around! If I ever need to place another catering order I will be doing it again with this location! Thank you so much!!!!!

Ordered a "Super Sub" on whole wheat. Absolutely delicious! "Mike's Way" (which I recommend) with oregano, s&p, oil & vinegar. Perfect. Thanks to the team working there for a clean place and friendly personalities!!! Shout out to Marissa the GM; Giovanna, Nick, and also Leon from another of my visits several weeks ago. Thank you !!! This was my first time trying a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, I was so happy I came here for my first experience! Jimmy was so kind and patient and helped me choose which cheese I wanted for my first ever cheesesteak! I had it with Swiss cheese and it was delicious, I can’t wait to come back and get it again. It was cooked and served to perfection. The peppers and onions were so delicious too. Jimmy and Mariam delivered exceptional customer service, they were so friendly and helpful. They totally made my day and made the experience more enjoyable. I’m looking forward to seeing them again next time I come!

I was craving Jersey mikes for 3 weeks now and couldn’t get to one. I had to get a MRI at St. Joseph’s (which means I had to fast from the night before) so when I google “food near me” and JERSEY MIKES POPPED UP, (5 minutes away), I was ecstatic. However, we all know since Covid, customer service has become non existent. Well, not here. Brandon, Britney & Marissa was a breath of fresh air. Friendly, kind, polite, thoughtful, joyous, sociable and most of all, warm. I couldn’t believe that all 3 staff members were helping me and helping each other. They made such an impact on me that it gives me hope for humanity again. They just didn’t make a sandwich, they made the sandwich with love. THANK YOU BRANDON💕! THANK YOU BRITNEY💕 THANK YOU MARISSA💕.
