Ate here for the 1st time a few days ago & it was really good. Friendly male employees. Order today & immediately it’s in employee on her phone behind the counter. No big deal when I was a kid I’d sneak glances at my phone when working a kid job. I say “hey how’s it going”. She ignores the greeting & simply ask if I’m here to “pickup.” I say yes “pickup.” She hands me the bag & I say “have a good one” which she ignores & goes back to looking at her phone. I’ll try the downtown location moving fwd. I hate eating food prepared by unfriendly ppl makes me think they made it with the same disinterest in being decent

If you want to be completely ignored after your primary purchase this is the place for you. You can forget about making a to go order or buying a dessert, you will be ignored by the whole staff. No eye contact, no smiles, no greetings, just a unwelcoming and get out vibe.

Love jersey mikes and anytime I go in person for them to make these sandwich it’s perfect and anytime I’m in a rush and do a mobile order they put mayo on it when I simply requested no mayo. It’s saving you work. Genuinely don’t understand.

Great customer service. Clean cut your sandwiches great shapes enough to eat. Fresh ingredients every time grilled options to yummy and assorted menu with choice of chips and drinks!!! Wont regret eating here!

After a long day of landscaping at one of my businesses, we stopped for a large Italian to go. Fabulous! Starting eating on the way to Lexington and ran out of sandwich before we got home. Bummer.
