Jersey Mike's Subs

Jersey Mike’s deserves a standing ovation right now. The line is long, spirits are high, and these sandwich heroes are absolutely powering through like it’s the Sub Bowl. Watching them work is basically live theater. So I figured I’d use my wait time wisely, write this review, and earn myself a free cookie. Multitasking at its finest. Currently waiting on my Original Italian Mike’s Way, and I already know it’s about to change my mood, my outlook, and possibly my personality. Fresh bread, stacked meats, that perfect vinegar splash… worth every minute in line. Shoutout to the crew for keeping things moving and vibes positive while feeding the masses. Long line = good sign. Zero regrets. Would wait again.

Every time I visit this Jersey Mike’s, the service is outstanding. The manager (I’m not sure of his name) always greets customers with a big smile and makes everyone feel welcome. The whole team listens, accommodates, and genuinely cares about providing great service. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism—it makes a big difference!

Absolutely love this location. Sarah, as I read on your bio in the lobby, you are doing an AMAZING job as a leader (not just a manager, a leader). The 3 men at 11:30 on 1/20/25 did a flawless job. Kept everything moving fast while all delivered an unforgettable customer experience. We really felt welcomed, as if we were family. There was an elderly gentleman who came in and spoke little English. It was definitely a challenge getting him to the order station, but again, your team executed the situation perfectly. Even with the language barrier they still gave him the same smile we left with: the wholehearted feeling of coming into the city’s new favorite sandwich shop. 10/10 recommend this location.

Ordered a Mike's Hot Honey Chicken Cheese Steak. I went to pick it up and and when I got home I noticed they forgot to add the pepperoni to my sandwich. I also had to ask for my drink cup and the individual also forgot to add my chips in the bag. I had to ask one of the guys if I can grab my chips and he asked if it was not in the bag and I said no. He apologized for it.

Got a couple subs, a Philly cheese and a ham and provolone. Sarah was super nice and walked me though the process. Thank yoy so much ^-^
