Jet's Pizza

This is the second time I’ve attempted to patronize this particular location on Linden Road in Flint Township. I have ordered a total of three pizzas and all three have not been made properly. I will never order from this location again as the workers don’t seem to care what kind of product they put out. One pizza had about 10 pieces of topping, green pepper, and mushroom. One pizza was very much overdone and the third one barely had cheese on it. This location needs to be closed or the workers need additional training. What a shame to spend almost $50 and not be able to have a meal. I truly hope corporate monitors these reviews as this seems to be common at this location.

I would never recommend anyone order pizza from this location. The pizza I received was completely burnt and disgusting. When I called to address the issue, the manager, Justin, was no help at all and had a horrible attitude. This experience reminded me why it took me years to order from here again—because the food is simply not worth it. There is no reason why a customer should have to give special instructions just to avoid receiving burnt pizza. Nobody wants burnt cheese, burnt crust, or a pizza that looks and tastes overcooked. I spent nearly $20 on a pepperoni deep dish, and it was inedible. Between the terrible quality and poor customer service, I will never be ordering from this location again.

Great Detroit Style Deep Dish Pizza! Use their automated system to order via phone, save a couple bucks. preparation time, they usually say it's going to be 15-20 minutes for pickup. 100% of the time I've never had to wait and I got there in 13 minutes.

I love the bot on the phone but had a problem with him this past week it's kinda comical because first wanted to charge me 72 for 7 pizzas that was 1 item on 7 different pizzas then kept trying to add blue cheese to them because I kept saying double cheese I guess double sounded more like blue then I realize I should have said extra but that was after I kept say NO BLUE CHESSE and the other was messed up so I just hung up and reordered. Gotta learn that bot language or look out. Finally sort it out and everything was perfect. Thank you Jets love your pizza

Ordered damn near 60 dollars worth of food for delivery on 12/07 evening time 2 large deep dish 2 orders of bread sticks and 2 two liters. Pizza was burnt and dry both of them, damn near no cheese, this is incredibly disappointing especially when you anticipate better from a more expensive place. Never had food like this before, will not be returning again. The order was under Colin
