After all of these years of searching and in all of the places that I have lived and been - New York City, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Beverly Hills, San Diego, Dallas, Austin, Charlotte, Washington, D.C., every chain brand, and even in Italy where I had the famous "viagra pizza" (see previous post), I have never had pizza so good! I received my delivery today, and I’m wondering if something happened at the store. I’ve always enjoyed your food, and the wings have always been really delicious. But the wings I ordered today were completely burnt—you could tell just by looking at them. Why would you send something like this? The dipping sauce was also missing. It feels like there was a lack of common sense. I’m really frustrated.

The Detroit Style was the target for me. I love the fact that you can order a 4 corner or 8 corner, which is actually 2- 4 corner pizzas. This gives 4 or 8 slices, all corners. Dough is tasty and fresh with a crispy flavorful crust and light interior texture. The sauce is a little sweet with good tomato flavor and spice. The cheese was nice with mild taste and good texture. The well done cheese crusted sides (2) were excellent! I did not do toppings but they were visually appealing and looked fresh. The crew were very helpful and friendly. They offered suggestions and made inquiries about options. I very much enjoyed this pizza and place it in the top Detroit styles to date. I look forward to trying other styles as I LOVE pizza. It's nice to have options in a town that is not known for being very food diverse; we are known as Little Korea for a damn good reason, and we have the best of the best here, and we are very proud of it, but I digress. This is a mid-level pizza option at best. When we first tried their pizza shortly after they opened, we were pleasantly surprised, but our last order was just not good. The crust was not good, the flavor was very bland, and it was just very underwhelming. I would eat their pizza again if someone treated me to it and I didn't have a say in the choice, but there's nothing that makes me want to go out of my way to have it again. They do have coupon fliers, btw, so if you do decide to go here, make sure you ask for the specials, but definitely don't pay full price for this.

If you’re going to be getting a pizza from Jet’s make sure it is one of their deep dishes! The deep dishes are really good, highly recommend, I will say the other pizzas like the thin crust aren’t worth it. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. There were 8 people working on Saturday night and it looked like a well oiled machine. Spoke to the owner briefly and he has an interesting story moving from Michigan to start this franchise here in Nova. I haven’t tried the wings there but they look good as I watched them box up some orders. Oh also the ranch is good, I think it’s home made not some hidden valley stuff. I highly recommend the deep dish pizzas at Jet’s Pizza
