Jet's Pizza

I ordered a take out Meaty pizza. After driving home and opening the box I was shocked at what was in the box. The pizza was poorly made with toppings missing from some of the slices. The pizza had mushrooms, olives and pineapple and no meat. I drove back to the store and requested a refund.

Jets pizza is fantastic! Their specialty pies are incredible. Every pie is loaded with toppings and flavor. Highly recommend the Eugene Supreme, BBQ Chicken, and the Buffalo Chicken Bacon Ranch pizzas. You have to try their 8 Corner Style, too. It's always well made and so good! Always good service here at the Chandler location.

Did their text to order for a pizza at 9:15 before they close at 10. Got the confirmation message and the charge immediately on my card. Went to the store to pick up and they said they never got the order. They couldn’t make it either since it was closer to 10. They also couldn’t refund my order of $75 until the manager was working in 2 days. So no pizza but paid for it and will wait and hope the manager refunds. What type of restaurant takes and order, doesn’t make it, and can’t do refunds…

The eight corner pizza well done is hard to beat. Hands down my favorite. This stores customer service is amazing too. I had ordered pizza after work one night about an hour and a half before they closed. On the way, my car broke down and I was unable to get to the store to pickup my pizza. I called them and let them know and they were kind enough to give me a refund and the manager Collin even left me a gift certificate for a free pizza. It was so nice! Love when restauraunts know how to treat their customers!
