Jet's Pizza

This was the most horrible jets order I ever received. The pizza was disgusting and looked as if it had been dropped as the majority of the toppings was on one side/slice. I asked for well done and it was barely done. The sausage tasted freezer burned just awful. The bread taste as if it was a week old and lettuce on the salads looked aged as well. I didn't complain because they would offer to fix it over and I want nothing more to do with that place but I'm going to call corporate. Awful and disgusting. Never again from this jets. 🤮🤮

I ordered a large Ultimate pepperoni pizza With a bottle of ranch. I paid for it when I looked at my receipt it said large cheese pizza with a bottle a ranch. I showed the store the receipt they didn’t try to compensate just refund. Don’t got to Dearborn jets worst customer service!!!

Called in a pickup order and slightly screwed it up over the phone, a very patient lady behind the front counter was very polite and helpful. She cleared up what I ordered and everything went smooth, got my order within 5 minutes of arrival hot and fresh. From call to pickup everything took less than 20 minutes, pizza was good! I do wish they would’ve added slightly more toppings for the price but I’m also aware it always differs.

The chicken was fresh. I asked for it to be well done. It wasn't. The chicken had so much gristle, and it lacked meat. I don't eat raw chicken. I guess this the new trend mix the meat and process it. Gristle and all. What a waste. Restaurant was clean, it wasn't busy, and customer service was good. Excellent parking. Vegetarian pizzas.

The lady at the register was very good very nice good service friend friendly. I got my pizza around midnight and she suggested ranch sauce, man that was a good sauce
