Jet's Pizza

Great people, super amazing staff, always attentive to detail and do amazing work, making great Pizza. They all deserve a raise. I went in and got 2 pizzas to feed the people a bit because I got some toys for Christmas for the kids. Little past Christmas New Year's presence and they donated 2 other pizzas. How amazing this place is for the people for sure!!!

I have been a fan of jet pizza since I discovered it. They had the buffalo chicken ranch pizza. I have been eating that pizza in that pizza only I will get Greek salad that would be it for me however, everyone who I introduced to this type of piece of love it is good hot. It is even better cold without being warmed up.

This place is a joke! Worst customer servic! EVER!!!! Ordered a pizza over an hour and a half ago online. Their website said 45 to 60 minutes. That was over 90 minutes ago. So I called up there and they said it would be here at 10:10 and that we would get a phone call still no phone call. You call up there and all they want to give you is a bunch of excuses & state I should have assumed it would be longer considering it's a weekend. I'm sorry would have sufficed. I don't need to hear what the problem is with your business and a bunch of excuses as to why my pizza isn't even on the way. Tell me what you're going to do to fix it. Don't give me a bunch of excuses, don't cut me off mid-sentence and don't talk over me. I'm the customer. When there's an issue just tell me what you're going to do

Tonight I ordered a small deep dish with 3 toppings, 8 piece barbecue wing, and a Greek salad. After waiting nearly 1 1/2 hours we received the delivery, the pizza and wings heat wasn’t protected. The food cold, it was for me, my 12 year old granddaughter and my 1 year old grandson, I fixed our plates that was waiting on the delivery, my first couple bites the food was extremely cold and bread hard. I tried to eat it, however because the pizza & chicken was cold it also made them hard. I called Jets and asked for management, the call went down hill, the manager who I was told name was Sam, immediately got on the phone with me and stated “ I am not giving you a refund”!
