Jet's Pizza

Ordered by text with their 15% off offer. Ordered 10 21 25 at 12:55 with a 50 minute eta. Order was pleasantly 15 minutes early. Female delivery driver to our Cranbrook address was AWESOME and polite. MY 81 year old mothers first foray into Jets pizza as she is a DIE HARD Little Ceasars fan. Well.....you have a NEW fan! Whomever made our pizzas today rocked! They were P-E-R-F-E-C-T!!! Thank you so much!!!

Wont be returning. They went down hill few years ago. Figured maybe things improved, Nope! Spend good money on a pizza to only get toppings in middle, cheese missing on half and the sauce paper thin. They did at least take the time to try and hide the lack of everything by coating 50% in parmesan. Pay for a large pizza and you get half of what you should. Yet they expect full pay and a tip. Tired of places screwing the public with premium fees for mid. At this point we've had better deep dish at the McDees of pizza establishments for 1/3rd less. Thanks for the slightly edible crusty sponge! Punks

Hands down one of the best calzones i've ever had. The customer service was exceptional both over the phone and the delivery driver.I highly recommend them!

I used text to order to get 15% off and my card got charged twice. Called the store to get a refund and I got told I would get “store credit” for $25 when my order was $28. Not entirely sure how this is even a fair trade off, based on a system that caused errors. Not sure how a business can claim they cannot “void” orders when the extra order wasn't even made in the first place because I called to make sure they didnt make the extra order. On top of that my boyfriend found a black dark hair baked into his pizza.

Called two times to see where my delivery was. No one had a clue. Got it one hour late. Talked to the manager and she said " I can give you a $5 credit". Needless to say the place is a joke. Will never order Jets again
