My experience with Jhosuemusic Inc was extremely disappointing. Communication was slow and unprofessional, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. The service did not meet the expectations that were set beforehand, and the overall quality did not justify the price I paid. Deadlines were unclear, updates were inconsistent, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information. I expected reliability and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend them based on how things were handled.

I normally don’t write long reviews, but this experience needs to be documented because it involved both property damage and a serious safety risk. I brought my car to this shop for a car audio installation. First to start of he told me with me bring him everything I would get an amp rack, floor board and lithium battery, for 1,600. When I went to pick up the car they jacked the price up an extra 400 dollars. They told me wiring isn’t included in an amp rack. Nobody told me that when I confirmed the price several times before I bought my car in. From the beginning, problems started almost immediately after I got the vehicle back. Subwoofers overheating within minutes After the install, the subwoofers would get extremely hot after only 5–10 minutes of normal playing time. Not loud demo

Good shop, they do good job. Nice systems, remote start, alarm and all that!
