Jigga jerk joint

A Google search for eating places near where we were staying in the Little Haiti area turned up this little family-run gem and based on the reviews from others, we decided we had to try it out. It absolutely did not disappoint. Friendly greeting as soon as we arrived, delicious smells coming from the outdoor grill tent, reasonable prices, fun & laid back vibes, generous portions… and freakin delicious authentic Jamaican food. We got the jerk chicken and jerk pork combo with rice and beans. O!M!G! So good! My only regret is that we didn’t also order some of the salmon and grilled bammy… This place and the friendly family that owns it are the real deal. So, get in here, people- you’ll be glad you did! (I’m already plotting when to work in another visit before we head back home to PA!)

Super casual jerk spot. Delicious food and great service. Food isn’t super fast to come out but that’s ok since it’s made fresh in order. Nice music and large yard It was Valentine’s Day when i went and they had cute balloons and gave us Hershey’s kisses :)

Came there not knowing what to eat this was the closest thing Jamaican in the area. I'm from New York my family's jamaican, and my best friend who was with me is a chef. Like a real chef like classically trained, she was not only Blown Away with the flavor profile. I just thought the customer service was amazing food was fast. And I literally have nothing left to even show for a photo I'm ashamed of myself but I'll take a picture of the back to show proof.THANK YOU GUYS UPDATE CAME BACK AGAIN: THEY ARE 2 FOR 2 I MUST REPORT ADDED A VIDEO AS PROOF. My experience was just ok. I came in early and was one of the first customers, and in my experience that can sometimes result in a fuel taste at BBQ places that use liquid fuel. Unfortunately, I noticed that flavor this time, and some pieces were also burned, as shown in the picture. That said, the service was really good and the corn was very good as well.

Vibe 10 Food 10 Service 10 Incredibly joyous experience. Sitting outside having a cool drink, eating jerk chicken. Could not recommend this place more! Greeted and served by such a wonderful woman! She really took care of us :)
