Oh heavens. If you are in Waco, you MUST stop by this heavenly bakery. Everything made fresh daily. So much to choose from. A super friendly staff and more. Like all the reviews say, cash only. To see the goods her are delightful or epic would be gross understatement. Make it a point to stop by. You, too, will fall in love with Jimenez Bakery.

Outstanding! The assortment of breads, pastries and other deserts is amazing! As other reviews have stated, the Tres Leches is phenomenal! Prices are low, quality is high! Another place in Waco to add to my "Must return to" list. Update, returned for some delicious Flan and Empanadas! Excellent as before!

This Mexican bakery is the most authentic that I've found in the area. They make awesome sweet breads, cakes, and bollios. This place is pretty amazing! ***Important note: This is a cash only business!

#1 pan dulce place for me! I love empanadas, and man- these are by far the best I've ever had! They are not stingy with the fillings and the bread is so soft. You must give this place a try if you're in Waco. They have plenty of parking and on Saturdays they have other vendors who sell meats and elotes. BRING CASH! It's all they accept, I don't blame them. I could easily spend $40 here (buying for family of 12 and for large group at work). They have very reasonable prices for all their bake goods and a huge variety. This is bread heaven!
