Spent $55 at Jimmy John's on Cobb Pkwy. Ordered the #13 Jimmy Cubano and was HIGHLY disappointed. In fact I'm actually ticked off. I called because I thought they gave us the wrong sandwich. But NOPE! IT LITERALLY HAS 3 THIN SLICES OF HAM. Where's the meat? It doesn't look anything like the picture. It looks like the kids slim. Lacking and flat. I paid $8 for 3 thin pieces of ham, 2 thin slices of cheese, a couple pieces of shriveled microwaved bacon, pickles, mustard and hallowed out bread. They said some sandwiches are hallowed out. So you're not even getting a full sandwich just because of the bread alone. The one in the ad doesn't look hallowed out. I didn't ask for it to be hallow. And the one in the ad is busting with meat. I do delivery 90% of the time. Most of the time they ignore requests to halve sandwich, include napkins & no Ice In drink. Additionally, why do they store white onions & iceberg lettuce next to each other. Then onions get dropped in lettuce & they can't tell. So onions end up on sandwich & the lettuce tastes like onions 🤮. Then have to dig thru sandwich to find the strays. Just move them on the line! Problem solved. 5 guys does the same thing. Mind boggling. Just be a little more detailed oriented & careful with your toppings to be back to 5 stars. 😉

First time at this location. Greeted as soon as I walked in the door by everyone working the line. Was a little ahead of the lunch crowd, so no waiting. Ordered and sandwich made fresh in front of me. Ordered a few extra toppings on the side and easily accommodated. As I sat and ate, the lunch rush started, and it got busy. Lots of folks picking up from the order ahead area. Customers who ordered on arrival were in and out within a few minutes. Friendly staff. Clean store. Definitely will stop again.

Where's the flavor? The chips in my combi had more flavor. Order the Ultimate Italian and have zero flavor. The bread was also burnt. Add some flavor please.

My first impression of this place was not the best. We ordered the giant sub and they told us they couldn't toast the whole sub so they would have to cut it in half and toast separate which was fine but then we asked if we could only toast half and leave the other half cold and they for some reason refused to do that and said they had to toast both halves. I was really upset because it doesnt make any sense to me why they would not do that. It was faster to just leave the other half cold. People make things so hard and it's not even worth eating out these days.
