Jimmy John's

So I’ve had jimmy John’s plenty of times in my life, #1 the Pepe INCLUDES ham, PROVOLONE, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Only thing I asked was for no tomato. I get home, I see no cheese, I check the menu thinking I misread it, nope it says provolone. So I call and ask if it includes, the guy says, ahhh no but you can add it. I corrected him per YOUR MENU, and he did offer to remake it, but I don’t live close enough to just say sure I’m on my way. I say no I’m not driving back there. He said okay, I said I’ll just fill out a survey and he disconnected the call. Didn’t ask if there was any other way to correct it, didn’t apologize, nope just hung up. When I got there I asked about the sizes, he lifts up a piece of bread that was sitting on the counter which had tomato and a little mayo on the ou

Been here a few times now. Im always nicely greeted when I walk in. Food has been great on all occasions. Everything is always clean. That's a big deal in the food industry. I definitely will continue to eat here when im in the area.

Hi first tried Jimmy John's in Akron and had the Ultimate Porker it was delicious 😋. I tried the Ashtabula store for the first time and had the Sicilian also good 👍😊. Friendly and fast service.

Came here yesterday and went through the drive thru to get a #3 (tuna sandwich). They gave me a tuna sandwich with no tuna on it so basically I paid $11 for a bag of chips. Disappointed bc I was a regular but this isn’t the first time something like this has happened so I’m very much over it lol

Decided to order the Italian sub and it's scrumptious😋 Far better than Sub-way it's just different in a much more flavorful kind of way. 💯
