The fresh food is amazing. If you get a cookie or brownie...results may vary. We got a red velvet cookie and a fudge chocolate brownie and they were super dry. Not what we were expecting compared to previous experiences.

This franchise, the staff.... And the food is absolute garbage. Look at this tuna sandwich. When I sat down to eat it I couldn't believe my eyes so I took it up to the counter to a girl who claims that she's the manager. She has a face full of piercings and looks like she hasn't showered in a week. She told me not to worry because she put the proper amount of tuna on there. But she claimed the tuna "MORPHED" into a smaller portion after she put it on my sandwich. When I asked her if this is how she usually makes sandwiches she replied yes. I bought three sandwiches from this locationanf I spent $40!!!! I'm afraid to open the other two. But this tuna taste like absolute gabage, it's dry.... And it tastes like it's a few weeks old. It used to be you could get a good sandwich from this

If I did not need to get something to go I would never go to Jimmy Johns. There gluten free so call rap is all veggies one slice of meat. Since I'm ordering gluten-free why would you put gluten in the box along with the veggie wrap!!! The cookies are not gluten free and that will cause cross contamination. This is what puts people in the hospital. This was my first and last time and Jimmy johns.

I love eating here multiple times a week for lunch. They are fast and friendly, even sometimes having my sandwich ready before I have finished paying. Friendly and knowledgeable staff make suggestions if I cannot decide what to get. I always get the chocolate chip cookie.

There is a great atmosphere at this place, super friendly and helpful. The food was good. I had a roast beef sub, my husband had a club lulu and my son had a slim Italian sub. Highly recommend stopping for a bite to eat.
