On Sunday 2/15/2026, we ordered 18 sandwich box and found that the roast beef sandwich wasn’t up to standards. There was only one slice of meat on the sandwich. We were very displeased. That box costed use 75.61. To receive a sandwich like that was terrible. I hope in the near future they didn’t serve anyone else a sandwich like that. Time ur money and satisfaction.

I come here often whenever I have a client in Clinton hill and this crew never misses, specifically one. I sit in here and always love the company of the same woman who always calls me ‘baby’. She truly makes my day every time I come in and see her! I just know she’ll let me enjoy my meal in silence but never failing to greet me and say thank you whenever I leave.

Be warned ordering food from this location. I placed an order through the app, they set up the delivery through Uber Eats, and my food got delivered to another customers apartment. I called the store wondering what happened to my order that I placed 2 and a half hours prior to calling. Elizabeth the manager of the store, told me I could call back the next day and she would sort it out. I called back the next day and she proceeds to tell me they’re out of bread? At 5pm…. Okay, girl, sure… & that my order wouldn’t be ready for another 20-30 minutes. She told me to call back in an hour, and ASSURED me the order went through and I should get it. Well. I never got it.Tried calling the store back at this point to get my money back and shocker all of a sudden nobody is answering the phone. So,

The staff is wonderful, appears to be new establishment. But I ordered a "giant" big John. Basically it's a roast beef sandwich, but not really giant to what I might get in the neighborhood

Do not order at night. Whoever is in charge does not take pride in the food they put out! You order from Uber eats, you inform them of the situation. The day manager said it's through a third-party so you have to beef with them. THEY SUCK WHEN TRYING TO RESOLVE!!
