Jimmy John's

Went here tonight and paid for a club lulu and a regular turkey tom but instead of a club lulu I got another turkey tom. There was no bacon the the club lulu I didn't realize that there wasn't any bacon until I was done with it. Sucks to pay the premium price for the club lulu and to get a club lulu. As you can see there is a 16 on the paper but no bacon.

I’ve always loved Jimmy John’s, but after this recent experience, I won’t be returning. I ordered a Slim 1 and asked for it to be toasted. I was told that wasn’t possible, even though less than a week earlier it had been done for us without any issue. The inconsistency was frustrating. When I got to the window, I asked to use my reward points. I was told they would have to re-ring the entire order and that it would take time. The employee made it sound like a major inconvenience, so I didn’t end up using my reward at all. I understand they were busy, but in the past I’ve been offered my rewards when I had enough points, which made this experience even more disappointing. Reasons why i will not be going to jimmy joins anymore. They forgot to get my pickle I clearly stated that I would like a hole pickle, and they never gave me one. I really thought this place was good based on reviews, but no. Another thing i saw was that my sandwich has 90% bread and no meat or other stuff yes i did order a lesser "filled" sandwich but that doesn't mean give me almost nothing in it! I would also like to add that they keep discontinuing the pickle sandwich, that is one of the only things that keeps me going to that place. In all i would not recommend dining, ordering, door dashing, driving to, or eating at Jimmy John's.

EDIT: Jimmy John's was VERY helpful when I reached out to them about this. A very good company. We'll be back! :) Just make sure you check your order before driving away. ORIGINAL: Okay. I'm writing this review because I am so tired of ordering online and my order being wrong nearly every single time. I wouldn't bother customizing your sandwich if you order online because you'll pay for all the extras and get none of them. I love the taste of Jimmy John's but I'd rather go somewhere else at this point.

Customer service as we all know makes a huge impact on us all! Everyone is so busy in life these days that we are all go, go, go so as a customer when you place an order you want exactly what you ask and pay for. When you go through any drive through then finally get to the food you purchased and it is not what you ordered most people get pretty mad/highly irritated as no one has time to go back re-order etc. But let me tell you we all make mistakes but it is how you correct it that ends up mattering the most. Lindsey, I am extremely impressed by Shaun and Selena. Shaun went above and beyond to correct a mistake and even took the time to call me back with a true voice of "let me fix this".
