I exclusively order delivery from this store. It's less than two miles from my office, but delivery routinely takes 45 minutes to an hour - definitely not freaky fast! Something has changed in the last few years, as there were times when they would deliver barely 10 minutes after I clicked order! I do like the food, so I am still a repeat customer.

Very friendly & helpful employees. They have the best tuna sub. 2 guys were working, extremely helping in making sure I could carry the food easily, since I have some challenges.

When I'm in a rush in the middle of the day to get something quick for lunch and get back to work, this is usually my go-to place. The crew is on point and they pretty well know my order before I even ask them which I think is awesome because it shows me attention to detail and that they appreciate and remember their customers.

Fast service, friendly staff and the food is fresh. I get the unwich and the lettuce is always crisp.

I order online for delivery and put $0 for tip since I have cash. I gave the delivery driver a $5 tip in cash. Then I look at my receipt to see that they circled message about tip with an arrow pointing to $0. That is so rude. The delivery guy was rude and nasty and then I call the store to tell them what happened and my GM did not seem to care one bit. She stated well what do you want me to do about it?!? Seriously you’re the GM and you’re going to allow your employees to treat people like that. Horrible customer service!
