The new foil wrap they use for their sándwiches is magnificent. Kept one sandwich unopened in my fridge for 3 days. When I finally ate it, all ingredients INCLUDING the bread was as fresh as when we bought it. What an OUTSTANDING upgrade to your Quality. You guys rock!!

Stopped in for a #11 Country Club and they delivered exactly what Jimmy John’s promises - freaky fast service and solid quality. Sandwich was fresh, well-made, and ready in no time. Cedar Rd location runs tight - efficient crew, clean space, consistent execution. When you need a quick lunch that actually tastes good, this spot gets it done. Will be back.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Never had an issue with ordering online from other locations. Today I ordered two protein packed bootleggers that are supposed to include turkey breast and roast beef. Both sandwiches only had turkey and not a "protein packed" amount of turkey. I was on my way out of town so I could not go back in to Request it be corrected. Everyone was kind and friendly however I really was looking forward to that sandwich.

I’ve ordered delivery and used the drive-thru here several times, and they never disappoint! As many others have mentioned, the employees are incredibly kind and always have such a positive attitude. Whatever you’re doing, please keep it up. In the times we’re living in, it’s so refreshing to have places like this. They’re close to our house, and we will definitely be returning customers. Sometimes it’s hard to load up four kids just to grab food, and this place always hits the spot when we’re in a time crunch.

I didn’t think Jimmy John’s could take things to the next level, but they just did—mic drop! Their new toasted sandwiches are a game-changer, and Firehouse Subs better watch out because there's some serious competition now. Plus, the staff was super friendly and let me know about their app program, which you can sign up for on their website or by downloading the app to your smartphone.
