Best Jimmy John's I've ever eaten at! Friendly staff. Fast prep. And not only a listing of the extras, but an actual visual guide (see image). Simple, but every single store besides this one can't figure it out.

Service is A+, l never leave disappointed always make my sandwich the way l like. And the employees working the drive-thru are great. They work hard too gets orders made and out the door.

Love this location. Went today, 1st time in drive thru & I believe James (manager) took my order, excellent customer service. Communication is important to me especially when I’m spending money, generally cashiers don’t say hi, thank you or you’re welcome anymore. He did all of the above!! That’s how you keep customers.

Jimmy John’s corporate I hope you see this! Even though the manager fixed the problem, they have a guy at the location that is always missing meat from the sandwiches and does not speak English. How did you feel out the application and you can’t communicate in the language where you work? This is not a racist review I’m keeping it real. Even though the manager fixed the problem, why was it a problem in the first place? Please stop hiring people for cheap labor. Please smh

11/1/25. 7 pm. Great customer service. I have an egg allergy and the the general manager went above and beyond to accommodate me. Each and every staff member was polite, courteous and hygienic. I don't know when I've seen such outstanding food hygiene practices in action, specially from such young people. The sandwich was outstanding!
