Jimmy John's

The store manager is *horrible* at customer service. THEY messed up and only offered me $2 for the missing double meat it was supposed to come with. It wasn't even a special request. The guy on the phone tried to offer to credit my sandwich back like any normal food place. Nope the manager would only offer me $2.... don't eat here. If you do check your food before you leave if you value your money.

This place is killing it way better than Subway ever dreamed of being they got fresh vegetables actually Subway used to be like that way back in the 90s but who cares now because they suck horrible customer service horrible food nothing is fresh but not Jimmy John’s. Jimmy John’s is killing it fresh vegetables, fresh meat plenty of it. You gotta love this place. I used to think I didn’t like Jimmy John’s until I started eating there recently while nudged by my wife I’m thankful for that.

i ordered a beach club on garlic and herb bread and toasted and cut in half. they didn’t give me the right bread or cut my sandwich or toast it. the “avocado” spread was under the cheese. i’ve never ordered jimmy johns before and i’m disappointed in this location

ordered a small turkey, Swiss with lettuce tomato pickle. The pickles were paper thin, the cheese was as thin as tissue paper and 2 paper thin slices of turkey. They charged $1 extra for the cheese ??!! I won't go back there. Too bad JJs was the greatest thing since sliced bread now they are like all the other chains.

THIS 5 STAR REVIEW IS FOR THE SIMPLE REASON THAT I ORDERED A SANDWICH EITH EXTRA TURKEY AND THESE DUDES HOOKED IT UP WITH A WHOLE TURKEY. THANK YOU I LOVE YOU.
