Jimmy John's

After reading the most recent reviews, it seems like this place has a normal closing hour, which is early. The website says closes at 10, however when I walked to get my online order the doors on the perimeter were all locked. I then proceeded to pull around through the drive through. The service wasn’t that friendly, handed us one order when we stated that we had 2 to pickup. We waited for another 5 minutes until she came back to ask why we were still there. The other workers looked at us before she even came back. Handed us our order super rudely, didn’t apologize, and slammed the windows. Don’t think we’ll be back.

Is a $9.00 cubano sandwich really supposed to have just two thin pieces of ham that you can see through? And a tiny bit of bacon and some pickles and a slice of cheese? Ridiculous. The owner responded to my Google review that I should reach out with the details. I DID reach out with the details and got no response.

I checked online before I went to the store that they closed at 10 PM. Mind you It's Saturday. They, we're supposed to be open when I got there, which was at 9:38 PM when I pulled up, nobody answered the intercom, but instead somebody came out and told me they were closed, I said, well, then maybe you shouldn't close early. And instead of you know, having any kind of decency, this person proceeded to yell at me in unintelligible. Yeah, nonsense, it was quite ridiculous for an employee. They shouldn't have a job there. Anymore reacting and treating customers like that. Even if they were closed, they could have just reiterated that or just closed the door but they didn't They shouldn't have treated anyone like that. I don't recommend going there.

I called just before closing time and told them the situation (we just had our little girl at the hospital and the wife wasn’t able to eat for 27 hours) and she was craving Jimmy John’s. The team at this store went above and beyond. The service was great and they were way more than accommodating! Thank you to whoever you were! Ps mama and little one are doing great. This happened on May 5, 2025.

as a young child i had very fond memories of this establishment. when i returned on this fateful day with my two friends, we were met with great food and service. HOWEVER, as we sat down to eat our ears were ASSAULTED BY SEA SHANTIES!!!! SEA SHANTIES ONE AFTER THE OTHER. it felt as if we were being held hostage inside a run down pirate themed bar in the city of miami. I wish this review was a joke but as i speak my friends and i are abandoning this jimmy johns establishment. we simply couldn’t take it anymore. i’m sorry your great name has been disgraced by this godforsaken music jimmy john.
