Ive gotten lunch from this restaurant for years and had good experiences. The food has always been pretty good. Note that Im usually ordering a beach club, so I cannot comment on many of the other options. Recently JJs started offering cucumber salad as an alternative to chips or cookie. I purchased one of these salads this past week. I had taken two bites when I noticed there were pickles in this salad. This means it was either made incorrectly or made so long ago that the cucumber slices had begun to change to pickles. Welp, it was the latter as I became ill 8 hours after these two bites. I am going to hesitate going back as it makes me concerned aboht what other ingredients may be bad.

When I received this sandwich, the paper was noticeably more wet. I opened it 2 minutes after receiving the sandwich and noticed that there was water or some types of juice all over the bottom of the bread, so much so that it was soaking into the paper. I bit into it thinking it was mayo but the bread was so soaked in this mysterious juice that it squished and practically melted. Very gross and when I called to let them know I get no compensation what so ever. This was not due to sitting for too long or the grease, it was a random liquid.

My bread had mold on it and when I called to report it she said “it didn’t have mold on it, we have never had mold on our bread” i felt brushed off like she was defensive about it

Very nice. No-frills, it's a counter-serve. But friendly and VERY fast! I had gone to Abra Auto repair to get a windshield replaced (reviewed very favorably elsewhere) and had some time to kill. So I walked a ways, across the interstate to a strip mall. Good sub! Nice little place.

Manager is rude and unprofessional I called customer complaints on her. I called to report they saturated my whole wrap and that's not extra. I've worked in a sandwich shop we have set amounts for the extra sauce to prevent this picture. I grabbed it out of the bag and it was dripping. I personally wont eat it she completely saturated the wrap. She was like mam mam I did what it said put extra sauce. said she refund me only for me to call my bank to find 2 other charges for the wrap not a refund. I'll be going to the bank and reporting it as fraud tomorrow honest go to jersey Mike they are better and have more professional people working for them. Customer tip never argue with a customer.
