Jimmy John's

Wrong order. Why?!? I ordered a TURKEY sandwich with extra turkey even and wound up with ham?!? I do not eat ham. Now I have nothing for dinner tonight. Highly disappointed.

This Jimmy John’s always makes the best sandwiches! They load the toppings and the pesto pasta salad is always fresh!

I am so irate if I didn’t have to go back to work I would have gone back immediately to speak to the manager of this location. Every employee there today on October 4th 2024 from 4-5pm needs to be retrained and reminded that people spend their hard earned money to feed themselves. I just wanted something fast and affordable to eat on my lunch break and this is what I was served.

I mean, the sandwiches are standard for any JJ's, you either love them or hate them. I tend to gravitate more towards customer service, and this place, in particular, is very good at making people feel welcome and addressing their needs, Even for something as simple as a sandwich. Great staff, friendly and fast. Even wished me a happy birthday. 😊

I work at a neighboring store and come to Jimmy John's every now and then. Today, really was amazing. I was outside shoveling to make a pathway for our clients from the street to the sidewalk (our sidewalk was clear because our landlord did what they were supposed to do.) I cannot say the same for the rest of Sherman Ave. Although our landlord shoveled our sidewalk, the path from the street to the sidewalk was still covered with snow. I went to make a pathway. A 78 YEAR OLD WOMAN stopped me and insisted she take my shovel to go shovel the rest of Sherman Ave. I tried to stop her, but the sidewalks were horrible, and she wouldn't stop, so I helped her. I also went into every business and let them know a 78 year old woman was shoveling their sidewalk. Jimmy Johns was the ONLY one that came
