Jimmy John's

Ordered from here just now (lunchtime on a Saturday) and they absolutely nailed it. The Jimmy John's by my work can never get my order right so I had a free sandwich to burn. Honestly this experience kinda gave me faith that Jimmy John's can make a good sandwich. Highly recommend adding the fried onions if you like the tuna. The cross section was perfection.

Ordered a sandwich no tomatoes and no mayo. Get my order and take it home. First bite and it has mayo. Call the store and they say no problem we'll bring you a new sandwich. Great. They bring new sandwich along with cookies and chips. Open the wrapper and it has tomatoes. Not a big deal for me. I took them off. Different for someone with an allergy.

I go to jimmy johns to be quick. I have a 3 year old and a 9 month old in the car. We need lunch and we need to get home for our picnic in this beautiful weather and naps. I pull up with one car ahead of me that needs to order…. Waited 35 min from the time I pulled up to the time I got my 2 sandwiches. 30. Minutes. Holy airball.

This is the second time I’ve been at this location and the second time I’ve had issues. The last time I came here, around 6:30 PM, they said they were out of most bread even though the store didn’t close until 9 PM, they also charged me incorrectly for the “mini” sandwich I purchased. This time I was the only person in line and apparently nobody inside and I waited a good 10 minutes for two sandwiches. Remember when JJ used to be freaky fast? The employee handed me my drink, which spilled all over my lap, they surprisingly didn’t seem to notice, luckily for me, I realized they didn’t give me any napkins with my food before I pulled away so I asked for some. From the outside, it doesn’t even look like it’s open because there are no lights on in the front of the store.

I’m no longer going to this Jimmy John’s, may completely quit going to any Jimmy John’s after today. I’ve ordered from here too many times, doing an online order so it’s ready when I get there, to get there and my sandwich still isn’t done, and then takes even longer it seems if I would have just ordered in store. Today I was in a really big hurry, but knew I would be going by this one in about 15-20 minutes. So I did an online order, get there, and of course my sandwich isn’t there. So I’m standing there waiting, trying to be patient, meanwhile they keep making sandwiches, and now people are coming in, ordering at the counter, and get their sandwich before me. So I ask where my online order is, they say “oh, I thought that was made” and proceeded to then start making it. They are asking
