Jimmy John's

Just ordered a giant sub from the Gaylord location. I asked for 2 sides on the side of sauce. The same amount of sauce that they would put on the sandwich if I was in the store. Then they tried to charge me a $1.50 per side of sauce which is free because I purchased a sandwich. I won't be going back to this location. So in the end, after my sub was made, the staff there ate the sub, threw it back in with the rest of condiments and meat or they threw it away. Either way thats a negative for the company. This is part of food waste.. Then the owner can only look at it as food cost. It's sad to see that some people don't have common sense anymore and they are preparing your food. The owner/ store manager of this location, it's funny.... If go back and read some of these reviews. You will see

Got a #7 sandwich today and was halfway through consuming it and turned the sub over only to discover that there were LITERAL metal shavings baked into the bread. The pictures speak for themselves. This is absolutely disturbing and am concerned for my health after not knowing how much of the metal shavings I consumed. I advise you all to check your bread before consuming anything from this location. Their corporate person tried telling me it was something related to carbon. Regardless there should never be anything shiny or metal in your foods. Really at a loss for words.

I ordered my food at 11am for a drop off time of 12. My food arrived 45 minutes late, when I only had 15 minutes of my lunch left. I called to inquire about it, and the lady on the phone was incredibly rude "we're behind everyday. We only have 3 drivers". If thats the case, then why make picking a time an option at all? I've ordered from JJ numerous times, but this was by FAR the worst experience.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Jimmy John's. The people working here clearly do not care about their job. Freaky fast was in reality super slow (15 minutes). The sandwiches were not clearly marked leaving us to play the open up and pass around game. 3 out of the 4 sandwiches were wrong.

I ordered online for pickup through the drive through. They had it prepared as soon as I pulled in and the order was perfect! The staff was very friendly and kind!
