Jimmy John's

I love Jimmy John’s and am very happy they have opened a few on Long Island. This one is similar to the one in Levittown where it shares a space with Dunkin’. This Jimmy John’s seems to be still figuring a few things out. I ordered Dr Pepper, received root beer, ordered sandwich cut in half, they forgot to cut sandwich in half, chips rack almost empty, get your own napkins “over there”, etc. The space has the Jimmy’s music, but not any of the fun quotes/signs on the wall. Napkins / straws are Dunkin’ themed. Tables were a little dirty with sticky donut residue/sugar/napkins, floor quite dirty.

My recent visit to Jimmy John's was absolutely fantastic, and I can't recommend this place enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and efficient staff. Ordered a drink and decided to tasted in my car before I left, good thing I did because it had a weird taste, came back to let them know and they realized they gave me the wrong beverage, so they made the correct drink without any fuss. Mistakes happen and they corrected immediately. I'd recommend checking your drink before leaving cause with so many flavors they can get confused

Wasn't thrilled about the sandwiches when they first opened. Looks like the quality got better. Had the CBR regular size with BBQ chips. Very tasty!

Good food but they forget to include bottled drinks when someone orders online.
