Jimmy John's

I recently visited Jimmy John's and unfortunately left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed with my experience. I placed my order through the app expecting a smooth and professional transaction. After completing my order, I was called up to the counter where the employee printed an additional receipt and asked me to leave a tip. I felt as though being pressured to leave a tip was inappropriate and unnecessary, especially after already finalizing payment through the app. I believe in tipping when it’s earned through exceptional service, but in this case, it didn’t feel warranted. Being put on the spot made the interaction awkward and unnecessary. I am not one to leave reviews, but because of the fact that this is not my first bad experience here, I will. The Hammond location either needs a new staff or proper training and etiquette for their current staff. When a customer orders curbside and tips, the order should be brought to the customer in their vehicle instead of the customer having to go in to get it themselves (on top of being prompted to make their own drink when they expect it to be brought out with their order). It is a bit frustrating when staff fails to take responsibility if I’m being 100% honest.

Had my order delivered and when I got it had little to no meat on it only one piece of turkey, won’t be coming back not spending my money on a veggie sandwich

Currently addicted to their chicken bacon ranch toasted sandwich!! Literally soooooooo good. They're also always super quick. 10/10 RECOMMEND

Love jimmy johns food but why am I being asked to tip twice ? I placed an order online for pickup and it asked for a tip and then when I came to pickup they brought out a machine to ask again if I wanted to tip I think that’s not only rude but extremely tacky. Pay your employees a good wage and stop harassing customers to tip.
