Been to this JJ 2 times since I moved to the area. Awesome store. Freaky fast and freak fresh. Order b4 hand with the app and it is ready for pick up. We live in a Covid World, at this time no in door dinning(3/5/21). Until the next review, -Steve-O, out!
While visiting the medical center across the road, I decided to make a quick run to this Jimmy John's...and they really are FREAKY FAST! My sandwich was made just the way I wanted it and it tasted great.
The picklewich was ok. The pickle chips good. The service, however, subpar. Slow and dismissive. What happened to "freaky fast, freaky freash"
They shorted my order for the second time this week. Then the guy that picked up the phone hung up on me when confronted about it. He said he would have another one out shortly and hung up. He didn't ask for any of my information, so I will update if it shows up. ( I find this unlikely) Edit. They came. I called at 136 and they showed up at 220 with a new sandwich.
Kat is awesome and goes above and beyond for her customers. She made my day today! Thanks again, Kat! 💗
