My sandwich was missing cheese, even though it should have had double cheese. It also missed oil that I asked for, and instead I got some kind of sauce inside. So disappointed.
Visited twice in three weeks; both times, the subs were excellent with friendly staff to match. It will be my go-to Jimmy John's whenever I'm in the area.
They always mess up my order. I never have a problem at the other locations in town.
Gotta put 1 star, it can’t have 5 NEVA
