Jimmy John's

My sandwich is always really good- made well and with fresh ingredients. I would say the staff can be somewhat rude and short at times— they are of a younger generation so maybe that’s why… This is why I rated service low. But I still go here because the sandwiches are really good!

I absolutely love this Jimmy John’s, first and foremost The general manager is extraordinary! He really cares about his customers. I work down the street in the office of AAA corporate and sometimes have to order my food while teaching a class. I’ll never forget him calling me personally to tell me that they were swamped and that in order to get my food to me on time that they would pay UBER to bring it to me. I couldn’t believe he went so far out of his way to do that. I was so impressed I started going into the store instead of ordering delivery, and the employees were the same. They took time with my food. The store was clean. Bathrooms were clean Customer Service always on point. I literally could go on and on and on. Just had the best sub I have had in a couple years. JJ’s was always good but now that you can get it heated it’s amazing. Hunters club with Cheddar. Incredible!!! Employees are very friendly too.

This place rocks! Customer friendly staff. You order your sandwich and it's done in a couple minutes. Has to be the fastest sandwich shop I've ever been to, and their subs are always delicious. The place is well maintained including the restrooms.
