Wow!! I ordered a spinach wrap. They heat up a flour tortilla. After a while the spinach wrap was ready. Asked for roast beef no cheese. They added cheese. The manger said sorry we’re busy. I left. I’m going to go to places that don’t use sorry we’re busy.

This location has been so slow for so long now. We used to love coming here. We order online for pick up & it is never ready when we come. And we now anticipate it taking longer because they are slow so we will order almost an HOUR ahead and it is still not ready, and has several orders ahead of ours. We stopped coming for a while but decided to give it a try again and same thing. Ordered it and waited a long time to go pick it up & we are still having to wait an extra half an hour for them to make the sandwich while standing in the store. You can't order it in person or in advance without having to wait 30 plus minutes. I feel for the workers because somethings not right for this to keep happening. They need a better system or hire more employees.

As far as Jimmy John's go, this one is mid. Seems like it's been here forever, but flew under the radar. Very little traffic here, says something when the parking lot has teenagers seeking privacy. As far as the food goes, it was about what I would expect. Staff was one guy who had to walk all around the counter to get behind it to serve. It really is just sorta 😕 🤷‍♂️ left no impact on me whatsoever, forgot I even went here til Google reminded me. ALSO they close 3 hours earlier than they say they do.

I am not one to write reviews, but I had to share our experience. Never in my life have I had a sandwich so disappointing as I did today. There was so little on it, you would think it was just bread. I ordered a ham and cheese and added avocado spread to it. There was a total of 3 slices of meat, 2 slices of cheese, a little bit of lettuce and tomato and I had to hunt for the avocado spread. There was no flavor to the sandwich other than the taste of bread. I have had far better sandwiches from less expensive chains. I really miss Togo’s right now.

Restaurant was close at 5:58pm when hours stated otherwise. My order was missing all the condiments, extra side of sauce, and the sandwiches were all cold when I requested them to be toasted. Called the restaurant and the employee said he didn’t make those sandwiches and that there’s nothing he can do. He said they’re closed and hung the phone up. Awful customer service.
