Little late but oh well… we ordered two sandwiches and our order was wrong on both sandwiches. We immediately went back. The manager was so kind. I think her name was Aubrey. She made sure the orders were fixed and even refunded our money. The staff there has been poor lately, every time I order delivery for lunch they are late and I work around the corner.
Love me some Jimmy John's. The staff was great and the sandwhich was delicious! Parking is a little tough behind the building at the University Location. I do hope they ooen one in Deming, NM!
Young lady was very attentive and courteous, excellent service.
Order just 8 min prior to closing with Door Dash app. Food was ready 1 min prior to closing. Definite time saver. Thanks for the service.
The staff was nice, but the sandwiches were spendy for the amount of food. I was still hungry after eating there. Sandwiches just seem too skimpy and bland.
