Jimmy John's

Tried to order delivery from here twice in the past 30 days. Once on February 15th the other today March 1. On February 15th I ordered online approx 45 minutes prior to close. After placing my order I got a call from the store stating “we’ve already cleaned our oven for the evening.” I without hesitation agreed to switch my order to a cold sandwich. The employee replied “yea we really don’t have time to handle the order.” At that point I could tell I just wasn’t getting order that evening and accepted the refund. Fast forward to today. I order on the app again ar 5:17. My order showed “delivered” yet there was no food at my location. I call the store and they apologized and said it should be there soon and if not to call back at 6 for a cancelation. I wait until 6:11 until I call back. “

No real complaints towards this Jimmy John's but their portion sizes have gone extremely down. Shrinkinflation at its finest.

Service is garbage! This is now the 3rd time I’ve been and asked for, “No cheese” and not only did they give cheese, they charged the insane $2.00 markup for it! They don’t tell u the price until u get to the window, even then you don’t have the prices memorized and they are already high and changing. Garbage service. I’m sure I will get a generic, “thank you for your comment we are committed to improving our services” message.

We went through the drive through and ordered two subs. The worker advised me that the toaster was broken and due to bad weather, they were our of a few things before we ordered. She seemed to be the only one there due to snow & Ice. Both subs were perfect and fresh. Thanks for being open !!!

Second time and still can’t get it strait and not freaky fast but super slow, this time run card and we wait…. Then we out of lettuce to make unwich after setting there, oh but wait let’s refund your money on 3-5 days and then charge you again for the other sandwiches… get yourself together that’s not happening, you want me to spend 75 and wait for you to refund 50 on your mistake, worst service!!!
