Odd, having been a manager myself, that they don’t care more about the wow-factor. Why are there 2 pickles on my sandwich? And 3 pieces of pepper? I asked for extra, was willing to pay, and still got scammed? And why does your crew refuse to give paying customers kicking ranch? I ordered 3 online and got none. Again. Was told it’s in the bag, they were too busy to actually listen when I said it wasn’t. Idk man, I know it’s just sandwiches, but it’s people’s cravings too. What if your craving didn’t satisfy after you got it? You’d be sad too.

I never eat Jimmy John and decided to give it a try. Never again This stupid sandwich combo is $15. There is barely any meat. I'm basically eating lettuce. This is a first and last time. I Will never step foot in Jimmy Johnb again.

Gold standard for Jimmy Johns. The best location I have ever been to. Consistent food, clean location, friendly employees. Go 20 minutes out of my way to get to this location because ones in SE of the city cannot match the quality and consistency

This is a chicken Caesar wrap?! I think not and why the staff felt this was acceptable to send out for a delivery! I show up to the store, the young lady questions if this is how it showed up to me, as if I would get up in the middle of a storm after I paid for delivery and tipped the guy to lie about this. Service horrible, presentation even worse! I didn’t get a credit or anything, my “wrap” was remade and wasn’t much better, but because I’m starving I ate it. Safe to say I won’t be back to this location. Customer service at a all time low at this location. Very disappointed!

This JJ was not the freaky fast im used to. Stopped in on a Sunday night after a long day with a hungry athlete and this was the slowest slow JJ I've ever been to. Cashier spoke so softly I couldn't understand what she was saying.
